What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing and quality-checking daily merchant settlements
- Investigating discrepancies and resolving settlement exceptions
- Preparing journals and supporting month-end processes
- Completing bank and settlement reconciliations
- Assisting with reporting, including P&L support
- Responding to merchant queries and supporting chargeback processes
- Performing AML and compliance checks

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in accounting, finance operations, banking, or payments
- A finance-related qualification (or working towards one) OR equivalent practical experience
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with reconciliations
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- A collaborative and professional communication style
- Experience in financial services or merchant acquiring
- Exposure to settlements, payment schemes or chargebacks
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
