This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare financial reports, develop strategies for cost savings, and manage the budgeting process. Responsibilities also include conducting data analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, implementing efficient processes, and providing financial guidance to support decision-making within the organization.
- Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience with Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Financial Modeling
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation
- Ability to lead teams, set goals, and implement organizational strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Prior experience in the finance or investment industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach
