We are looking for a Finance Executive to support financial operations, client finance communication, and internal reporting for our growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

Drive invoicing and billing operations for domestic and international clients, ensuring efficient payment cycles and financial compliance.
Handle client discussions related to payments, billing queries, reconciliations, and credit notes
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
Assist in monthly closing, revenue tracking, and financial reporting
Work closely with commercial, operations, and sales teams on revenue reconciliation
Support forecasting and financial analysis activities
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and statutory requirements across operating markets
Coordinate with CA firms, auditors, and external consultants when required

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role
Strong understanding of basic to advanced finance concepts (P&L, cash flow, reconciliations, taxation fundamentals)
Experience communicating with clients on financial matters
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial tracking and reconciliation
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience in AdTech, digital media, SaaS, or agency environments is a plus
