Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. They will manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
Relevant technical certifications or degree in Engineering or related field
