Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Engineer. The Field Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, conducting on-site service and maintenance, and providing technical support for lift installations and repairs. Additional responsibilities include project coordination and ensuring that timelines and safety standards are met. Regular communication with clients and internal teams to deliver timely reports and updates is a key part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in field service and handling technical support operations
  • Project management skills to manage tasks, timelines, and safety standards
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Understanding of lift systems and maintenance processes is an advantage
  • A relevant technical diploma or degree is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
