Family Law Paralegal (Paralegal – Family Law)

Location: Must be based in California – Fully Remote Role

We’re seeking a talented Family Law Paralegal to join a respected California law firm with a strong family law practice. You’ll support experienced attorneys handling divorce, custody, support, domestic violence matters, and other family law disputes, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Role Expectations:

• Assist with discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal filings.

• Support attorneys through all phases of family law cases.

• Maintain accurate billing with an annual billable target of ~1600 hours.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $135,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
