Responsibilities

✔️ Source and recruit qualified Market Research Analysts for client projects

✔️ Ensure recruits understand their roles and meet performance milestones

✔️ Guide recruits through onboarding and initial training

✔️ Monitor early-stage performance and coordinate with the internal team to ensure quality

✔️ Maintain accurate records of recruits, their progress, and project outcomes

Requirements

✔️ Experience in recruitment, ideally for sales or outreach-based roles

✔️ Ability to evaluate candidates' communication skills and productivity potential

✔️ Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

✔️ Familiarity with cold calling or lead generation roles is a plus, but not required
