Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Export Manager. The Export Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Export Division, manage end-to-end logistics, and coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and service providers to ensure smooth export transactions. Key responsibilities include sourcing agricultural products, conducting market analysis, preparing export documentation, negotiating terms with clients, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new export opportunities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with international trade policies and maintaining quality standards for export operations.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding and expertise in Export and International Trade
- Experience in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities in global markets
- Proficiency in International Business strategies and market expansion techniques
- Proven track record in Sales and client relationship management in the export industry
- Excellent knowledge of logistics, documentation, and compliance within global trade operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage remote workflows and coordinate across diverse time zones
- Familiarity with agricultural commodities or FMCG exports is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
