Position Summary

In our journey to open Turkey’s production potential to the world, we are looking for an Export Business Partner who will grow with us and manage their own business. This role is designed for determined professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit who aim not only to sell but also to write global brand stories and strengthen their international careers as "their own boss."

  • Department: International Sales & Foreign Trade

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers and building distributor networks in target markets.
  • Generating new sales opportunities through international trade fairs, trade delegations, and digital channels.
  • Preparing product presentations, commercial offers, contracts, and pricing strategies.
  • Managing export order processes in coordination with manufacturers.
  • Overseeing customs, logistics, payments, and delivery processes in collaboration with the foreign trade support team.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and maintaining post-sales communication.
  • Analyzing market trends and providing strategic insights to the management.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, export marketing, or foreign trade (preferably across multiple categories).
  • Regardless of years of experience; a proven track record in building or managing an international customer portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (A second language relevant to target markets is a major plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • No travel restrictions (Candidates with no visa issues are preferred).
