Role Description
This is a remote part-time, Executive Assistant role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including initiating and handling communications with various key decision makers in the adult beverage space. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing various meetings and key events.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
● 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, food
& beverage, spirits, or luxury brand environment.
● Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
● Strong discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
● Ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and act with urgency and poise.
