Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership and oversee daily administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities


• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling

• Coordinate client communications and follow-ups

• Assist with project management and internal workflows

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations

• Oversee email correspondence and CRM organization

• Track deadlines, deliverables, and client onboarding

• Assist with social media scheduling and content coordination

• Support business development and partnership outreach

• Handle confidential information with discretion


Qualifications


• 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with CRM platforms and digital tools preferred

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

• Experience in digital marketing or tech is a plus
