Executive Assistant
We’re hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders on a rotational basis within a fast-moving EMEA leadership team. This position suits someone who thrives on change, can independently manage shifting priorities, and enjoys working with different personalities and leadership styles.
✅This is an 11-month maternity cover contract (maternity cover)
✅Fully remote within Ireland
✅Monday to Friday, full-time hours
About the work
You’ll act as the central support for several executives, stepping in as their primary contact when their usual assistants are unavailable. One week you may be coordinating complex calendars and time-zones, and the next preparing high-priority travel arrangements or taking ownership of purchase requests and expenses. The rhythm changes frequently, so the role fits someone who can adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership without waiting for direction.
Responsabilities
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, managing different working styles
- Strong skills in complex calendar movement, including shifting priorities and time-zones
- Proven ability to coordinate both domestic and international travel
- Confident managing expense reports and purchase requests
- Able to stay calm, organised and proactive when plans change unexpectedly
- Comfortable taking ownership of handovers directly with executives
- Demonstrated experience supporting more than one senior leader, with the ability to adapt to different working styles (not solely focused on a single executive)
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with tools such as Concur
- (Nice to have) A relevant degree, though proven experience matters more than formal education
