Executive Assistant
Role: Temporary Executive Assistant (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote (PT hours preferred)
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $45.00/hour
Start: ASAP – interviews happening immediately

Our client, a national mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a highly polished Temporary Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO during a leadership transition. This role is urgent, with a goal to have someone start by the end of the week.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked with nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, or mission-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex executive calendar and prioritize high-level meetings
- Coordinate extensive travel logistics and itineraries
- Support email management and executive communications
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes
- Assist with logistics for national convenings, conferences, and events
- Track executive priorities and support cross-functional coordination
- Help maintain organizational calendars and internal communications
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Strong preference for candidates with nonprofit, philanthropy, or mission-driven organization experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership
- Board support experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Technical Skills
Experience with:
- Google Workspace
- Slack
- Asana
- Zoom
- Experience with CRM systems (such as Neon) is a plus.
