About the job

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant will support the team through a variety of responsibilities, including managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining communication with clients and team members, scheduling appointments, and organizing records and documents. They will also assist with clerical tasks and provide executive support as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of business activities.

• Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical

Skills are required.

• Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance and scheduling.

• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong time-management skills.

• Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, document management software).

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
