Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will support our C-Suite executives. This person will serve as a true right hand, will be proactive and have strong attention to detail. This person will be responsible for managing schedules, booking travel, assisting with phone calls, ordering lunches, will work with high profile clients and provide general support. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a logical mindset, and have a strong ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are organized seamlessly.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including creating agendas and preparing required documentation.
  • Act as the central liaison for communication, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support by composing correspondence, creating presentations, and organizing documentation.
  • Perform research and compile data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Remain flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed with professionalism and precision.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role 
  • Experience supporting an executive level role in a fast-growing company 
  • Startup experience preferred 
  • Proven ability to work well independently, intuitive and the ability to anticipate needs is essential
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and confident in a client-facing role
