We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our fantastic team.
About The Role
In this role, you will provide high‑quality executive support to the Managing Director, USA, helping ensure seamless coordination across teams and effective communication between the School Support Centre and out two US schools. You will work in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment where your organisation, professionalism, and ability to anticipate needs will play a central part in keeping operations running smoothly. As a key member of our community, you will contribute to a culture built on collaboration, resilience, and forward‑thinking.
What You Will Do
You will manage complex diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and logistics to maximise efficiency. Your responsibilities include arranging domestic and overseas travel, preparing agendas, producing presentations and reports, taking minutes, and ensuring follow‑up actions are completed. You will manage inbox communications, support documentation workflows, and maintain accurate administrative processes such as expenses and confidential records. You will also liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain consistent communication and support organisational priorities.
Who You Are
You are an organised, detail‑oriented professional with strong administrative and PA skills. You communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and handle competing priorities with confidence. You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. Above all, you take initiative, demonstrate accuracy, and bring a growth mindset—collaborating widely, anticipating needs, and striving for excellence in everything you do.

Compensation And Benefits
The full‑time equivalent salary range for this role is $76,300–$90,600, dependent on experience, with the final amount pro rata for three days a week.

Compensation And Benefits
