Salary

USD 45,000 – 55,000 per year, gross

Responsibilities

  • Review and edit web, marketing, and technical content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
  • Ensure consistency with established editorial guidelines and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and project managers to refine copy.
  • Verify facts, dates, and references to maintain content integrity.
  • Prepare copy for final layout, adhering to formatting and publication standards.
  • Track revisions and manage version control of content assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in copyediting or related field.
  • Proficiency in AP Style and familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style guidelines.
  • Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with content management systems and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative work approach.
