• Provide brief feedback when necessary
• Optional participation in teacher development sessions

• Advanced or native English level
• Experience teaching online (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Zoom/Meet
• Responsible, punctual, and engaged
• Familiarity with exam prep is a plus

• Stable internet connection
• Laptop with camera and microphone
• Quiet, professional teaching environment
