Position: Literature Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40–$90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design rigorous literature-based tasks across genres, time periods, and analytical frames.
Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards.
Develop variations of prompts based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
Identify and document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight or accuracy.
Collaborate asynchronously with peers and researchers through structured feedback and shared documentation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a related humanities discipline.
2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, or publishing.
Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills.
Ability to assess reasoning and articulate feedback clearly.
