As our Empowerment Experience Manager, you’ll oversee the client journey with heart and excellence. From first contact to ongoing progress check-ins, you’ll be the steady, uplifting presence our clients need to stay motivated and aligned.

Core Responsibilities:

Serve as a guide, mentor, and cheerleader for clients
Design and manage a seamless client journey and communication flow
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support
Collect and relay feedback to continuously elevate our offerings
Assist in coordinating group events, webinars, and online sessions

Has a background in client care, coaching, or teaching
Believes deeply in personal growth and the coaching industry
Is highly organised, kind, and emotionally intelligent
Takes initiative and radiates positivity
