Key Responsibilities
Evaluate training needs and develop comprehensive curriculum.
Conduct dynamic training sessions both in-person and virtually.
Guide employees through digital enrollment processes.
Identify potential clients and maintain accurate activity tracking.
Educate clients on product knowledge and benefits usage.
Qualifications
Experience in benefits enrollment and insurance for various group sizes.
Preferred State Life & Health Insurance License.
Confident, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and work independently or in teams.
