We're on a mission to hire a result-driven Email Marketing Expert to run powerful outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for our domestic & global clients in IT Services & Solutions domains.

Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and execute personalized and hyper-personalized outbound campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for India, US, UK, and Middle East markets.
  • Conduct account-based and persona-based research to design high-converting messaging sequences.
  • Use email marketing & CRM tools such as Apollo, SmartLead, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for campaign execution and lead tracking.
  • Manage and maintain healthy email infrastructure including domain warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS setup, and inbox health monitoring.
  • Create engaging copy (text, HTML, visuals) using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, etc.) to craft personalized content at scale.
  • Track campaign performance, optimize open/click/reply rates, and share insights with internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BE, BCA, BBM, BBA, or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in outbound email marketing for B2B or tech clients.
  • Strong command over personalization strategies and campaign segmentation.
  • Prior experience with tools like Apollo, SmartLead, Clay, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Woodpecker, or Instantly.ai.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and domain/inbox hygiene.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content generation, personalization, and email automation.
  • Strong written communication, analytical thinking, and inter-personal skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
