Email Marketing Specialist

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Email Marketing Specialist working remotely (EST hours) to support our premier client’s creator marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a marketing manager and has a willingness to learn. This is a 6-month contract role that offers experience supporting a team of Product Marketing Managers to communicate with Creators (influencers and publishers) and help inform their content strategy as marketing cadence increases in the peak shopping season.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy emails and push notifications for Creators using outbound communication systems.
  • Manage and streamline cross-functional content feature requests, including Asana task management.
  • Provide site merchandising support and assist with on-site advertising, photos, and content updates.
  • Build emails based on team-provided wireframes and deploy them to influencers and publishers.
  • Utilize Content Symphony for content creation and management.
  • Pull and analyze data from email and push notification campaigns.
  • Oversee calendar management and create operational efficiencies in workflows.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a marketing manager
  • Experience with project management systems (smart sheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree (business related preferred)
  • Willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email platforms or merchandising platforms (CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
