Role Overview


We are looking for a Full Stack Growth Marketing Manager who is entrepreneurial and can strategize and execute like a growth hacker, lead and operate like a director, analyze performance like a scientist, and move with the urgency and ownership of a founder. This is a high impact role for someone who wants real responsibility inside a scaling ecommerce brand.


The majority of your focus will be paid media, email marketing, SMS, and lifecycle marketing. You will strategize and execute across Meta, TikTok ads, TikTok Shop, klaviyo email marketing, attentive SMS, google amazon, etsy campaigns, copywriting, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance optimization, with the goal of increasing revenue and profitability across these core channels.


You will work directly under the Marketing Director as their right hand in growth execution, collaborating closely with the Founder. You are responsible for identifying bottlenecks, improving performance across channels, and ensuring that every marketing initiative ties back to measurable revenue impact.


Beyond core channels, you will support and optimize additional revenue streams including Amazon, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and emerging platforms as needed. You will identify funnel weaknesses, UX and UI improvements, conversion issues, and growth opportunities across the business, including landing pages, product pages, upsells, offers, and drop off points. If something affects revenue, you investigate it. If something breaks, you fix it. If there is a gap, you close it.


This is a lean startup environment. Growth challenges do not stay inside strict job descriptions. As needed, you are expected to step in, solve problems independently, and take full ownership of outcomes. We will lean into your strongest channel where you can drive the most impact, but you must be comfortable operating across the full ecommerce growth ecosystem and contributing ideas that improve performance

across departments.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Paid Media and Performance Marketing

• Oversee and support daily performance across TikTok, Meta, Google, Amazon, and other paid channels as needed

• Identify scaling opportunities and underperformance quickly and take action

• Interpret CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, and blended performance metrics

• Evaluate creative performance and guide improvements that increase profitability

• Compare attribution across Shopify, ad platforms, and UTMs to find the most accurate signal

• Work toward managing campaigns directly when needed

• Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to develop high converting ad concepts

You must understand how paid acquisition connects to contribution margin and overall business profitability.


2. Email and SMS Lifecycle Marketing and Deliverability

• Own Klaviyo strategy and execution for campaigns and automated flows

• Write or direct strong, conversion focused copy

• Improve segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys

• Optimize for deliverability and placement in the primary inbox, not promotions

• Increase revenue per subscriber and customer lifetime value

• Continuously test subject lines, offers, timing, and upsells

You must understand customer psychology and how to drive revenue through lifecycle marketing.


3. Conversion Rate Optimization and Funnel Improvement

• Improve the full customer journey from click to checkout

• Analyze landing pages, product pages, and checkout flow

• Identify friction points, drop off areas, and UX and UI issues

• Test bundles, upsells, cross sells, and offers

• Implement improvements inside Shopify and related tools

• Troubleshoot technical marketing issues that affect conversion

If there is a growth bottleneck, you find it and fix it.


4. Data, KPIs, and Reporting

• Drive decisions through accurate and actionable data

• Set clear leading and lagging KPIs tied to revenue and efficiency

• Produce weekly performance reports with insights and action steps

• Pull and reconcile data from Shopify, ad platforms, Klaviyo, and analytics tools

• Identify inconsistencies across platforms and determine the most reliable source of truth

• Recommend and implement strategic pivots based on performance

You must be comfortable working inside dashboards daily and extracting signal from noise.


5. Growth Testing and Revenue Expansion

• Research competitors, trends, and new growth opportunities

• Propose and execute structured growth experiments

• Test new offers, creatives, funnels, and revenue channels

• Support and optimize additional revenue streams including TikTok Shop, Amazon, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing

• Continuously look for ways to expand revenue and improve efficiency

This role requires a growth mindset, disciplined execution, and full ownership of outcomes.


What We Are Looking For

•  3 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce or DTC brands is strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lifecycle marketing

•  Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo preferred

• High analytical ability and comfort working with data

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to operate independently without constant supervision

• Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment

• High personal responsibility and ownership mindset

If you do not know something, you learn it quickly. Skills can be developed. Mindset cannot.


Compensation and Growth

This is a remote international role. Compensation is based on level of experience and past proven performance. Bonuse structures included.
