Role Description

This is a remote internship role for eCommerce Portal Management staff at ApnaCam. The intern will be responsible for managing our eCommerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. Day-to-day tasks include listing products, managing inventory, handling customer service inquiries, analyzing sales data, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Skilled in E-Commerce and Sales
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Familiarity with Flipkart, Amazon, and other eCommerce platforms
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Passion for technology and smart security solutions is a plus
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
