Role overview
We are seeking a a detail-oriented and growth-minded E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage our DTC and wholesale websites while driving digital initiatives that improve customer experience, optimize performance, and support business growth.
From planning product launches and promotional campaigns, to ensuring product listings are compelling and accurate, you’ll collaborate closely with design, marketing, operations, and external partners to bring projects to life. You’ll also play a key role in website optimization, customer behavior analysis, and conversion rate improvements, ensuring our digital presence is both seamless and impactful.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance execution with strategy, helping us scale into new markets, launch new platforms like TikTok Shop, and elevate the overall online shopping experience for our customers and wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities
Launches & Digital Campaigns
- Support the creation and management of the promotional calendar.
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring timelines, assets, and product information are accurate.
- Implement promotional campaigns, including pricing, discounts and gifting strategies.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure on-site content aligns with email, SMS, and paid media.
- Create detailed briefs for the design team to request creative assets for homepage updates, launches, and promotions.
Product Content & Merchandising
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized with compelling copy, images, and attributes.
- Write and update website content including product descriptions, romance copy, FAQs, landing pages, and promotional messaging.
- Manage product merchandising, collections, and navigation to improve discoverability and drive sales.
- Collaborate with SEO team to ensure on-page optimizations are implemented for new and existing products.
Website Management & Optimization
- Regularly audit both e-commerce and wholesale websites to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with external development partners to implement theme improvements and technical enhancements.
- Monitor site performance and make proactive recommendations to improve speed, mobile experience, accessibility, and navigation.
Customer Insights & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Track and analyze KPIs including sessions, conversions, AOV, repeat purchases, and campaign results.
- Provide post-mortem reporting on seasonal campaigns and launches.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend site enhancements to product pages, checkout flow, and on-site search.
- Run A/B tests on product pages, checkout, and navigation to validate improvements.
- Select and manage CRO tools and apply optimizations based on results.
- Monitor customer behavior using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and heatmaps to inform strategy.
Wholesale Website Management
- Lead the launch of the wholesale website, ensuring all requirements are delivered.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate wholesale product launches and promotional updates with the sales team.
- Support sales team by ensuring a seamless wholesale shopping experience.
Inventory & Operations
- Collaborate with operations to align inventory planning with product launches and promotional calendars.
- Participate in monthly inventory reviews to anticipate demand and adjust availability.
- Ensure product availability accuracy across multiple international warehouses.
Growth & New Initiatives
- Support growth initiatives including launching new markets, scaling to Shopify+, and exploring new sales channels.
- Manage TikTok Shop product setup, launches, promotions, and ongoing optimizations.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, and digital marketing, ideally in a DTC environment
- Experience managing day-to-day functions of an e-commerce platform (Shopify experience a strong plus)
- Strong copywriting skills for website content, product descriptions, and promotional messaging
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, and other tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO), SEO principles, and digital advertising best practices
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for website updates is a plus
- Openness to learning new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and analysis
