Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an E-commerce Sales Specialist. The role involves managing and expanding the company’s e-commerce presence by driving sales and managing online platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, liaising with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing sales performance. The E-commerce Sales Specialist will also facilitate training for sales teams, ensuring optimal performance and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Experience in Training to support and upskill team members
- Proven time management and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or related industry is advantageous
