Document Review Attorney / Foreign-Licensed Attorney (Commercial Litigation Support)

Job Description

Deale Services is hiring contract-based Document Review Attorneys or Foreign-Licensed Attorneys to support our commercial litigation team on an hourly basis. In this role, you will focus on document review, discovery management, and litigation preparation for commercial cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed document reviews for commercial litigation matters.
  • Assist with discovery processes, identifying key documents and helping organize evidence.
  • Prepare summaries, document indices, and other litigation support materials in collaboration with our legal team.
Qualifications
  • Licensed attorney in a foreign jurisdiction or experienced document review attorney.
  • Proficiency in English and strong legal writing skills.
  • Familiarity with document review platforms and litigation tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage deadlines efficiently.
