Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Django Rest Framework Developer. The intern will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services using the Django Rest Framework, writing efficient APIs, and collaborating with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements. Daily tasks include code reviews, debugging, and ensuring the codebase is optimized and secure. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn and implement new technologies as required by ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework
• Experience with API development and integration
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
