Green Orbit is seeking a Director of Technology & Partnerships to play a key leadership role as we scale our AI-driven platform for sustainable uniform technology. This is an equity-only position initially, transitioning to a full-time salaried role post-Series A funding.
About Green Orbit:
We’re a finalist in the Wales UK Startup Awards 2025, developing AI-powered solutions that transform uniform sizing, reduce returns, and improve procurement efficiency across public-sector organisations like the NHS, Fire & Rescue, Education, and Policing. Our platform is underpinned by our ethos of Green Regenerative Functionality, focused on sustainability and circularity.
We have an ongoing collaboration with the University of South Wales (CEMET), strengthening our platform’s development with cutting-edge research and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and platform execution, working closely with external partners
- Manage technical partnerships, transforming R&D into structured workstreams
- Represent Green Orbit in public-sector solution sales, especially with NHS, Police, Fire, and Education
- Prepare technical materials for investor due diligence and fundraising
- Oversee system integrations, security, and compliance for large-scale pilots
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in SaaS, GovTech, AI, or enterprise systems
- Experience in technical leadership and public-sector solution sales
- Passion for sustainability and regenerative technology
- Reliable availability for key meetings, with a desire to take ownership of technical delivery and partnerships
