This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Business Development. The Director will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, conducting business planning, managing lead generation, and negotiating contracts. The role will also oversee client account management to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand the company’s client base, and strengthen organizational impact.
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and foster growth opportunities.
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic thinking to develop and execute plans for organizational success.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Account Management for sustainable relationships and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales acumen.
- Leadership experience in business development or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
