Location - 100% Remote (EST working hours)

Duration - Full-Time, Permanent Role

Salary - $140k - $160k

The Director of IT Infrastructure Services leads the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, focusing on efficient and cost-effective support for business operations. This role manages both cloud and on-premises infrastructure across all locations, including networking, storage, and cloud technologies like IaaS and SaaS.

Responsibilities:

• Develops a strategic roadmap for technology infrastructure, guiding program goals and growth-aligned transformation initiatives.
• Defines, updates, and monitors infrastructure Service Level Agreements to ensure performance standards are met.
• Oversees the management of telephone and unified communications systems.
• Plans and executes infrastructure services for acquisitions throughout integration phases.
• Ensures disaster recovery plans are current, compliant, and regularly tested to address evolving business, environmental, or regulatory needs.
• Implements infrastructure in line with security policies, supporting IT asset and data protection.
• Translates business requirements into IT operational needs, recommending infrastructure and systems management solutions.
• Reviews and approves IT infrastructure designs to align with company and departmental priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required.
• Over 15 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience collaborating with IT vendors and/or Managed Service Providers, ideally in large, complex, outcome-driven environments.
• Experience supporting global, multi-environment sites.
