What will you do?


You will design and execute processes that will ensure that Micro and Nano Influencer Campaigns at Katha get fulfilled in time.


Demand Planning & Execution:

  • Work closely with the client-facing team to accurately forecast and manage campaign demands.
  • Build a scalable playbook and workflows for campaign execution, influencer coordination, and quality control.


Operational Process Design:

  • Develop, document, and execute scalable operational frameworks for training influencers and fulfilling ad campaigns.
  • Continuously audit and optimize fulfilment processes based on performance data and identifying operational bottlenecks.


Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify and proactively mitigate potential operational challenges.
  • Escalate issues early, implementing swift solutions to minimize impact.


Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define and monitor operational KPIs, regularly presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytics to drive improvements and operational decision-making.
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales, Influencer Ops, and Product teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.


Team Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and lead a team of operational executives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.


What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of proven experience leading a team of at least 5 members
  • Has experience working at 1–10 stage startups familiar with building scrappy but repeatable ops systems in a fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated success in operational process design and efficiency optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
