Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and drive our online presence forward. This role combines strategic digital marketing with business development to expand our reach and enhance customer engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
Analyze and optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition channels
Create and manage targeted digital campaigns across various platforms
Design customer journey mapping and personalization strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Support the development of marketing automation and CRM systems

Required QualificationsExperience & Skills

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, business consulting, or related field
Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
