Role overview

We are seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Instagram-led brand building, performance marketing, and measurable growth strategy.

This role is suited to someone who can turn creative campaigns into data-driven brand growth. You should be confident advising founders on audience development, paid and organic strategy, funnel optimisation, and performance metrics.

We strongly value candidates with start-up experience or those who have built and scaled their own brand or business.

This is a flexible, hourly consulting opportunity earning £120+ per hour, allowing you to support multiple high-growth clients through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies (organic + paid)
  • Build scalable brand positioning and audience engagement frameworks
  • Design and optimise paid social campaigns
  • Track, interpret, and improve marketing performance using advanced metrics
  • Support founders with go-to-market and brand strategy
  • Create data-driven recommendations for audience acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with early-stage teams to build strong, recognisable brands
  • Advise on SEO-aligned content strategies that support brand visibility

Core metrics you have mastered

Experienced candidates should be fluent in analysing and optimising:

  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Click-through rate (CTR)
  • Engagement rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Follower growth quality vs vanity metrics
  • Funnel drop-off analysis
  • Retention and audience behaviour trends
  • Organic vs paid performance attribution

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing or brand growth
  • Demonstrated success scaling Instagram accounts and paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content discoverability
  • UK-based or deeply familiar with UK digital market trends
  • Experience working with start-ups or running your own venture is preferred
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
