Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Demand Generation Lead to work directly with the CMO and help scale Grokstream’s global demand engine. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in Orange County, CA. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing digital and social strategies that support global campaigns, launches, and field initiatives.
In this role, you’ll own social media and digital demand programs end to end—from strategy and execution to optimization and performance reporting. You’ll translate Grokstream’s Predictive and Agentic AI positioning into compelling, high-performing campaigns across regions and channels. This role will have immediate impact at a fast-growing company with strong opportunity for professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Execute digital and social strategies supporting global campaigns
- Own and manage social media campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn & YouTube
- Plan and execute multichannel digital programs across paid, organic, email, and social
- Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns
- Support global launches, events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Optimize conversion across landing pages, forms, and funnels
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and ROI
- Translate analytics into clear recommendations for optimization and scale
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, including messaging, formats, and content concepts
Platform and Tool Experience (Required)
- HubSpot (campaigns, reporting, dashboards)
- Salesforce.com (pipeline tracking and attribution)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Social platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary channel
- Familiarity with lightweight video tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Loom, or Descript is a plus
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B digital demand generation, ideally in the IT Operations market.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com
- Experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance reporting
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute compelling digital campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to have:
- Ability to create short-form marketing video explainers for social media
- Bonus: Experience in AIOps, Agentic or observability markets
