Digital Ad Ops Coordinator
Location: US Based - Fully Remote
Full-Time | $40,000–$45,000 (Based on experience)
Description:
Sawyer Studios is a boutique digital marketing agency with 40+ years of experience, specializing in independent film advertising. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Ad Ops Coordinator to join our team, with some experience in ad serving/media buying, optimization, and reporting.
Primary Role: You’ll work directly with the Digital Ad Ops Director, to help with all things paid media, participate in client calls, and foster communication to both the Account Executives and VP, with the goal of bringing film campaigns to life for our clients.
What you'll do:
● Assist Director with media planning, campaign setup & QA
● Monitor performance, optimize based on data and write final reports, plus be able to speak to the “why” behind optimizations and results
● Participate in client calls and keep organized for due-dates
Platform Knowledge:
● CTV/Programmatic: Basic Understanding of The Trade Desk DSP, Amazon DSP
● Paid Social: Basic Understanding of Meta Ads (FB/IG), TikTok Ads, etc
● Google Suite: Basic Understanding of YouTube, Google Search & P-Max
Requirements:
● Relevant Degree in Media, Marketing, or Communications
● 1+ years experience in media buying/analytics/account exec role
● Plus: certified in Facebook Blueprint, The Trade Desk Edge, Google Ads
● Media Planning, Media Metrics (“Media Math”), Campaign Setup, Campaign Optimization, and Basic Reporting/Analytics
● Strong organizational & written communication skills
● Self-Starter comfortable working autonomously and as part of a larger team
