We’re looking for a versatile DevOps & Backend Developer Intern who’s excited to build scalable systems, contribute to backend APIs using Node.js, and get hands-on with modern infrastructure tools. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to shape the backend and cloud infrastructure behind our smooth and efficient food ordering experience.


  • 🎯 ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment
  • Build robust backend APIs and microservices using Node.js & Express.js
  • Integrate and manage databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase
  • Collaborate with mobile and frontend teams for seamless API integration
  • Dockerize services and assist with container orchestration (Kubernetes basics preferred)
  • Automate deployments and routine infrastructure tasks
  • Maintain cloud resources (preferably on AWS) using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Set up application monitoring, logging, and incident alerting
  • Contribute to API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Explore real-time features using WebSockets or Socket.IO


  • 📚 Technical RequirementsBackend Development: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs
  • Databases: MongoDB, Firebase, PostgreSQL
  • Version Control: Git/GitHub
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
  • Containerization: Docker & Docker Compose
  • Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Winston or similar
  • Cloud Platforms: Basic experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Firebase Hosting
  • Infrastructure as Code: Basic knowledge of Terraform or Pulumi
  • API Design: Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Real-Time Comms: Exposure to WebSockets / Socket.IO
  • Scripting: Bash, Python, or Node scripts for automation
  • Security: Awareness of tools like Snyk, OWASP Dependency-Check.
