About the Role

We are seeking a confident and client-focused Destination Wedding Consultant to guide couples in selecting their ideal wedding venues across premium destination locations.

This is a consultation and conversion-focused role that involves understanding client requirements, recommending suitable venues, coordinating site visits, and driving venue finalization.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed consultations to understand the couple’s vision, guest count, budget, and preferred destination.
Recommend suitable luxury venues based on requirements and availability.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with partner resorts and venues.
Guide clients through comparisons and decision-making processes.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive venue finalization.
Update CRM and internal systems accurately and daily.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner venues.
Stay updated on destination wedding trends and venue offerings.
Contribute toward monthly performance and conversion goals.

Requirements

Prior experience in wedding consulting, hospitality, luxury sales, or client advisory roles preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with the ability to influence decisions.
Excellent follow-up and objection-handling skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with structured reporting habits.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Stable internet connection and professional work setup (for remote role).
