The Demand Generation Manager – EMEA will play a key role in driving pipeline and revenue growth across the EMEA region through regional demand generation programs and targeted account-based marketing initiatives. This role is the regional owner of demand generation in EMEA and serves as the primary digital demand generation focal point for the EMEA sales organization.

This role owns end-to-end execution of EMEA demand programs, while acting as a strategic partner to regional sales and marketing teams.

EMEA Demand Generation Ownership

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for the EMEA region
  • Act as the focal point for all EMEA digital demand generation activities for the sales teams in the region
  • Translate regional sales goals into demand generation plans
  • Ensure alignment between global demand generation strategy and EMEA execution
  • Identify growth opportunities, channels, and programs to scale regional impact

Digital Campaign Creation & Execution

  • Create and execute EMEA-focused digital demand programs, including:
  • Webinars (planning, content creation, promotion, execution, and follow-up)
  • Content syndication campaigns via 3rd party vendors
  • Email marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Digital lead generation campaigns (with our PPC department)
  • Own campaign setup, execution, testing, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Ensure campaigns are localized and aligned to EMEA buyer needs

EMEA Sales Alignment Lead

  • Serve as the trusted digital demand generation partner for EMEA sales and regional marketing teams
  • Align demand generation programs with regional sales priorities and motions
  • Support priority accounts, segments, and territories with targeted campaigns
  • Provide clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution

1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Own the planning and execution of 1:1 ABM campaigns for strategic EMEA accounts
  • Partner closely with EMEA sales teams to identify target accounts and buying groups
  • Create tailored messaging, content, and digital plays to support account progression
  • Measure ABM performance based on engagement, pipeline impact, and revenue influence

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams: Sales, Marketing,Content, Localization, and Marketing Operations
  • Work with global teams to adapt campaigns and assets for EMEA execution
  • Handle vendor contracts & Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies supporting webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns and ABM initiatives
  • Own and manage the EMEA demand generation budget, including planning, forecasting, and spend optimization

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven hands-on experience building and executing digital demand generation programs
  • Demonstrated past experience working with and supporting the EMEA region
  • Prior ownership of regional demand generation programs
  • Experience managing vendors and agencies
  • Experience in creating and running webinars, content syndication, and email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
  • Proven experience utilizing AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization frameworks to enhance campaign execution, personalization at scale, and operational efficiency 
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and pipeline impact
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a regional or field-aligned model
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
