IT Delivery Lead

Our client is looking for a results-driven Agile Delivery Lead with a proven track record in leading complex IT projects and digital transformations to work with them as they go through a large scale digital transformation across the organisation.

As an Agile IT Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in orchestrating end-to-end delivery across multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering agile best practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to deliver digital solutions that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

Lead the delivery of multiple complex IT projects and digital transformation programs
Own the delivery roadmap, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are consistently met.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting and evolving Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) – advocating Agile processes across the business
Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in IT and digital transformation projects.
Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
