Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter for a 3 month contract (extendable) who will operate as an embedded member of our client's team. The Recruiter will represent our company while working directly with the clients' stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter for a 3 month contract (extendable) who will operate as an embedded member of our client's team. The Recruiter will represent our company while working directly with the clients' stakeholders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with hiring goals, KPIs, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
- Work as an integrated part of the client's team, representing our company professionally at all times
- Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders
- Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment data integrity
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
- Deliver structured weekly reports to the client covering progress, performance metrics, challenges, and action plans
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the clients employer brand
- Operate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and transparency with both the client and internal leadership
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience working in a client-facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet performance KPIs
