Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives and develop scalable machine learning solutions that drive strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

This role requires deep experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and cloud-based data environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and predictive models
  • Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to production deployment
  • Perform complex statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
  • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines and model integration
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to executive and business stakeholders
  • Implement best practices for model validation, monitoring, and governance
  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Ensemble Methods)
  • Strong background in Statistics, Probability, and Mathematical Modeling
  • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience deploying models into production environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting
  • Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks)
  • Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for ML workflows
  • Experience working in Agile environments
