Job Description

We are seeking French-speaking Data Annotators based in Switzerland to support AI and machine learning initiatives. In this role, you will review, label, and annotate data in French to help improve the quality and performance of AI language models.

Key Responsibilities

Annotate and label text, audio, or image data in French
Review AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and linguistic quality
Follow detailed project guidelines and annotation instructions
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
Meet defined productivity and turnaround time requirements
Provide feedback to help improve AI model outputs

Required Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in French (Swiss French preferred)
Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in French
Good working knowledge of English for understanding guidelines
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and basic technical proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in data annotation, content review, translation, or linguistics
Academic or professional background in linguistics, journalism, AI, or related fields
Familiarity with AI, NLP, or language models (training will be provided)
