We are currently looking for a Part-Time Data Analyst with strong English communication skills and solid experience in Power BI and SQL to join an international team focused on data-driven decision-making.
Role Objective
Transform data into strategic insights using SQL and Power BI, enabling the business to optimize processes and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL
- Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards in Power BI
- Build and maintain efficient data models
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Deliver executive-level reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Present findings and insights in English to international teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, subqueries, performance optimization)
- Advanced experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualizations)
- Experience with ETL processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Nice to have: Python or experience with data warehousing tools
- English level B2+ or C1 required
- Spanish level B2+ or C1 required
- Ability to actively participate in meetings and clearly present analysis in English

- Part-time position (20 hours per week)
