Summary
This position offers an exciting opportunity to transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced visualization and automation. Working with a dynamic team focused on hardware and infrastructure roadmap planning, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated dashboards that pull data from multiple sources and convert manual processes into live, interactive data visualizations. Your work will directly support senior management and technical teams in making critical business decisions by designing and implementing automated reporting solutions. This role requires daily collaboration with stakeholders, managing tickets in Azure DevOps, and maintaining robust backend systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and client groups to determine data requirements and implement optimal business data solutions
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards that integrate data from Azure DevOps, Excel, and cross-organizational databases
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers for database management systems
- Maintain existing dashboard backend infrastructure in Azure DevOps, including bug fixes and system enhancements
- Create comprehensive reporting solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Modify existing databases and database management systems as required
- Test programs and databases, identify and correct errors, and implement necessary modifications
- Work on Azure DevOps tickets and manage daily workflow priorities
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
- 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI coding and development experience
- 3-5 years of database management and implementation experience
- 3-5 years of Azure DevOps experience
- 2-4 years of applicable experience in data analysis and visualization
- Demonstrated history of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI development and coding
- Extensive experience with database technologies and management systems
- Expert-level knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during PST hours
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 3 months
- Pay Range*: $41.50 - $47 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
