We are looking for a driven and curious Data Analyst who is passionate about accuracy, improvement, and making a meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding how things work, spotting opportunities to streamline processes, and delivering highquality outputs that others can rely on.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual bespoke reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery within tight deadlines and established SLAs. This work remains essential as we transition from manual report production into a modern, automated, Data Warehouse-driven reporting model.
A significant part of your role will be to help modernise our approach. You will work closely with the Data Engineer and wider stakeholders within a highly collaborative space to plan, manage, and execute the transition of legacy reports out of disparate systems and into Power BI dashboards-supporting the move to a streamlined, scalable, and futureproof reporting ecosystem. Throughout this transition, your curiosity, commitment to excellence, and attention to detail will ensure that both the manual and new Power BI processes remain robust and fit for purpose.
Alongside your core responsibilities, you will also provide mentoring support to our Data Administrator. This is not a linemanagement role, but an opportunity to guide, encourage, and help them develop the skills needed to progress into a Data Analyst role themselves.
Success in this role means shaping how IPRS Health uses its data-improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic planning, enhancing client service, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our data capability.

Education and Qualifications:
Degree in Mathematics/Statistics or related subject which includes formal training in data analysis (D)
Previous data analysis experience (E)
Experience & Knowledge:
Experience using SQL (E)
IT and data analysis experience, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Software, including Excel (E) and Power BI (D)
Experience of presenting and interpreting data in a useable manner for a range of audiences (E)
Experience of strategic thinking in a business environment (D)
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent stakeholder management skills to match our highly collaborative working environment.
Ability to produce timely, high quality data analysis and reports
Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Logical decision making and a hands on approach
Ability to manage time in order to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing
Confident with the ability to operate in a changing environment
Ability to work under minimum supervision and on own initiative
