About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and improve reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategy.
Create data models and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional partners.
Present findings through visualizations and clear storytelling.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
Automate data processes and improve existing reporting workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong expertise in SQL and data querying.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
Strong understanding of statistics and data modeling concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
