Data Analyst


We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst with proven iGaming experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience and a strong understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and performance analytics within the iGaming industry.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct detailed market research to understand target audience segments.
  • Analyze industry trends, player behaviors, and competitor strategies to support strategic decisions.

Data Collection & Statistical Analysis

  • Gather demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Apply statistical techniques to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.

Segmentation Strategy Development

  • Develop and optimize customer segmentation models based on quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Define audience segments that support personalized marketing, retention, and product strategies.

Customer Profile & Persona Creation

  • Create detailed customer profiles and personas based on real user behavior.
  • Ensure profiles accurately support marketing, product planning, and targeting efforts.

Targeted Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and launch targeted campaigns.
  • Tailor messaging and offers according to specific segment needs and behaviors.

Customer Journey Mapping

  • Build end-to-end customer journey maps for key user segments.
  • Identify touchpoints and opportunities to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.

Personalization Support

  • Work with creative and CRM teams to develop personalized communications and content.
  • Ensure content strategies align with audience insights and segmentation data.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and segment behavior using defined KPIs.
  • Deliver regular reports highlighting trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide actionable insights to product, retention, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Support business units in tailoring strategies for different customer segments.

Technology & Tools Usage

  • Use analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Stay informed about new data tools and emerging technologies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously refine segmentation strategies based on new data and changing market dynamics.
  • Benchmark internal practices against industry standards.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all research data

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis
  • iGaming experience is a MUST
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, GA, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle behavior
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
