Customer Service Team Lead


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This role requires proficiency in MS Excel and a strong understanding of customer service principles. The position is remote with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective customer interactions.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Utilize MS Excel to track and report on team performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the development of new processes to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in customer service with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have a good understanding of customer experience and user experience principles.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Display problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent.
